Decision Edge
Questions that block decisions
Concrete answers — no marketing language.
A written report — not a worksheet, not a course. A structured document that maps your specific options, names the constraint actually driving your hesitation, and gives you a ranked recommendation — with the conditions that make it valid. You receive it in your personal space once the analysis is complete. You can read it, re-read it, and share it. If you choose the offer with a session, a 45-minute video call is added on top of the report — but the report stands on its own.
The intake questionnaire takes 45 to 60 minutes in total — but you don't have to do it in one sitting. Your progress is saved automatically at every step. You can pause, come back the next day, and pick up exactly where you left off. Once submitted, your analysis is generated on the spot, in your personal space — there is no manual processing and no queue to wait in.
Yes. What you write stays between you and the platform. Your answers are used solely to generate your personal analysis — they are not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. With the report-only offer, no human reads your intake: the analysis is produced by a structured AI system trained specifically for this purpose. With the offer that includes a session, one person — the analyst who runs the call — reads your file, solely to prepare that session.
Your CV is used to improve the factual grounding of your analysis — it gives the system concrete data about your actual career trajectory, skills, and timeline. It is not read by a human. Once your premium analysis has been generated, your CV is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. It is never stored long-term, never shared, and never used for any purpose other than generating your report.
No. No ongoing relationship, no check-ins, no exercises — you will not be asked to reflect out loud or justify your choices. You provide structured data about your situation, and you get a structured analysis in return. The offer with a session adds a single 45-minute video call, spent stress-testing a plan that is already written — not exploring how you feel about it.
The report must contain an argued recommendation, a comparison of your options against explicit criteria, and a concrete action plan. If the report is not conclusive, you can first refine your answers and regenerate the analysis — one revision is included. If that is not enough, write to us within 7 days telling us what was missing, and we will refund you in full. With the offer that includes a session, the report reaches you first and the booking link follows: a refund remains available right up until the session takes place — once it has, the service has been delivered.
Once your report has been generated, you receive a link with available time slots and pick the one that suits you. The call lasts 45 minutes, by video. We go through the analysis together, you challenge what does not ring true, and where it is warranted we adjust the report afterwards. It is a single working session on a document that already exists — there is no follow-up programme.
Decisions with real stakes and genuine alternatives: staying vs. leaving a role, shifting to an independent path, pivoting industries, choosing between two concrete offers, or figuring out what to do when you're blocked but don't know why. It does not work for exploratory situations where no options are yet in view.
There is a specific flow for that. If you don't have defined options yet, the intake will guide you through mapping directions worth exploring — based on your profile, constraints, and what has already shown real-world signal. The output will be a structured recommendation on which direction to test first, and how.
The analysis is produced by a structured AI system operating on a rigorous analytical framework — not a general-purpose chatbot. The framework was designed specifically for career decision analysis: it evaluates options, surfaces constraints, and produces ranked recommendations. No human advisor is involved in generating the report.
